Welcome to our latest newsletter, the iSentia Eye.
It has already been another fast-paced and action-packed year across the media, communications and marketing industries. Following our listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in June, we are more excited than ever to be part of this vibrant space where we are all seeing new trends in digital campaigns and the integration between different media channels.
In this newsletter we also provide you with some tips on handling a PR crisis, discuss concerns some of your clients may have about their own staff’s social media activity and how you could repurpose your content for different channels of communications.
Our social media team has undertaken research and provided an informative infographic into finding the right time to post on the different social media platforms. We also talk about some of the exciting events where iSentia presented thought leadership talks, and give you a glimpse of some of the corporate social responsibility programs our teams are involved in.
We are also very pleased that our team won five awards in the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC) Awards in Amsterdam earlier this year. iSentia and our online intelligence business, Brandtology, won awards in the following categories: Best Use of Communication Management: Public Sector (Gold) Most Innovative Use of Measurement in a Digital Campaign (two Gold) Integrated Communication Measurement/Research (Silver). Our New Zealand Insights Manager, Ngaire Crawford, also won the Young Professional of the Year.
