Lane Cipriani, Chief Product Officer, iSentia

Lane has worked in product development and strategy for iSentia for almost five years in total, and was Group Product Strategist before joining the Executive team as Chief Product Officer. He oversees the team that develops all our digital platforms, including MediaPortal and Newsboost. He has over 15 years’ experience in channel strategy and development, working for major retail brands like American Express and Nokia and business to business providers such as Borland.

 

Jess Whittaker, Head of Digital at iSentia

Jess Whittaker is the Head of Digital at iSentia (BuzzNumbers’ parent company) and works alongside clients to help them understand how social media intelligence can strategically benefit the organisation. From social media crisis management to campaign reporting Jess ensures her clients can pinpoint the benefits of social media and quantify the return of its investment. With a portfolio of Australian and Global Multinational clients across several sectors, including government, BuzzNumbers is the fastest growing provider for social media monitoring in Asia Pacific. Richard Spencer, Director of Two Social

Richard Spencer is a Director of Two Social, iSentia’s specialist Social Media agency, The Social Media landscape is changing and developing exponentially. Richard advises organisations on how to maximise their opportunities in this exciting channel. He is also a regular media commentator on Social Media channels. Prior to founding Two Social, Richard was Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Interactive with TMP Worldwide and has been working in digital communications and the internet since 1996. Alvin Chan, Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, Brandtology

With a PhD in Engineering and a background working for Singapore’s DSO National Laboratories as a senior research scientist, Alvin Chan is a key driver behind the proprietary technologies and proven process of iSentia Brandtology. These systems, combined with trained and experienced analysts, allows us to help companies analyse online conversations on social media and make strategic decisions for their brands in a timely manner. His portfolio not only includes research and development but also responsibility for operations and infrastructure for both the Singapore and China offices.
